Experiment with turning off all your electronics (even the TV!) about 30 minutes before your normal sleep time. Try stretching, meditating, or listening to soothing music to slowly reduce the hyper-stimulation of the day.
Odds are good your mind will start to quiet down, setting the stage for a good night’s sleep.
